 Hi, guys today I am gonna share an honest review about the Himalaya protein hair cream. How I started using this product and why? As I know many of us suffer from hair problems due to lack of good lifestyle, lack of good eating habits not taking proper sleep because in this generation we don’t get that much time to take care and even we don’t want to spend 1000’s of rupees in our hair at saloon every month. When we go to the saloon let say if our budget is RS1000 but the saloon person will tell you many other things& to take different types of treatment in the end your budget will boom. For a shorter time, your hair may look good but again your hair turns back to that track. Again, you have to visit the saloon to take treatment so it is just a merry-go-round and you will end up wasting lots of money every month. 

Let me share with you the true story of mine👇 

 My hair was falling very badly and I really don’t understand what is happening with my hair. I thought might be just because of too much hot because it was a very hot season (Summer) & I was not taking care of myself. I was not eating food on time and sometimes just skip my meal for both of the time and I was only having tea more than 5 times a day and when I am back at home the whole day I sleep and again have to get ready for my office in evening so guys you can imagine how my every day passes. 

One day I was going at the airport and I had a flight and I was flying to Hyderabad so booked auto and when auto started running most my hair was coming out and all those hair was sitting on the driver's neck area and face for some time he was thinking from where all hairs are coming on his face and neck believe me guys he was controlling auto with one hand and other hand was busy in just taking out hair from his face neck. I could not do anything but just to control my hair I grabbed my hair with both the hands and when he saw back, he said  Madam ap ke Baal bhaut Uttar rahe hai accha shampoo use (Vaapro) kro to nhi utrenge

That was a really very embarrassing moment for me I could not say anything to him except Ha uncle. 

After someday I came back to Ahmedabad again, Job routine but one day I had unbearable pain in my stomach and after examined by the doctor what she said to me and I did some research I got to know I am in my earlier stage of (PCOS and PCOD).

One day Someone from my office asked me why you are so sad and what happen to your hair why you are not properly dressed? I have never seen you like this before even other people started noticing it.

Guys, I am the kind of person who always likes to dress up well and look good, hair should be nicely done where ever I go outside from the home. But I was feeling unconfident, unpresentable just because of my hair loss tho sometimes I had given a try to myself but it was ended up with frustration, sadness and the more looked into the mirror I get more tensed and upset too.

Then I got to know about Himalaya Protein Hair Cream. One day was searching on Amazon and I found it was good. Then I place an order & had tried Himalaya protein hair cream but in the first application, my hair was really coming out in double because at that time my hair was not that much strong because of (PCOD &PCOS) my hair became very week &thick cream of the Himalaya Protein Hair Cream could not deal with my week hair but I feel good after washing my hair then, given the second try at the time of application I had blended some light oil (coconut)with the Himalaya protein hair cream and then applied it is just to make thin cream and then it really works on my hair even started taking care food habit, sleeping pattern and also I was going to gym at that time but I could not take time out for going gym then I stopped going to the gym and slowly and gradually after 1 year everything came on a good track now yes my hair is in good condition but still care is needed. Now I can use Himalaya protein hair cream without adding oil.

How to use Himalaya protein hair cream?

If your hair is not that much week then you can directly apply on your scalp, length area on your hair and at the ending section of your hair apply gently massage it with your fingertips so it can penetrate deep into the root, make a bun for 1 hour so that it can deeply nourish your hair. I would recommend you use this product before taking shower to apply this before 1 hour of taking bath after 1 hour you can wash it off with the shampoo. If you want to take steam on hair that also you can take it for 10 minutes and then you can be it off with your shampoo.
